Is there parking available at the venue?

Please note that there is no parking available at the venue, as it is located within the town walls, where parking is restricted.  Parking is available at nearby public car parks within walking distance of the venue.  We recommend that you plan ahead and use alternative parking options nearby.

 

To assist you in finding convenient parking locations, we suggest using Parkopedia for finding available parking spaces in the surrounding area.

Is De Valence Pavilion accessible for people with disabilities?

What is the venue’s alcohol policy?

 

We have a fully licensed bar on-site, and alcoholic beverages can only be consumed within the venue. Guests are not allowed to bring outside alcohol or take purchased alcohol outside the venue.

 

Can I decorate the venue for my event?

 

Yes, you are welcome to decorate the venue. However, certain restrictions apply to ensure the safety of the venue. Please consult with our event team for guidelines.

 

What is your cancellation policy for event bookings?
